Users can choose their preferred method, with configurable fields and formats for both QR codes and file-based imports, ensuring adaptability to different workflows

Configurable Stack Light

Indicates system status (ready, active, or warning) with user-defined parameters

Advanced Data Management

Export sample data in JSON format, with fully customizable fields

Automated Workflow

  1. Spectrometer Preparation: The spectrometer cover is automatically opened by the robotic arm, ensuring the system is ready for sample loading.

  2. Sample Identification: The conveyor with trays moves to position the samples for sample identification, A digital camera mounted on the collaborative robotic arm reads QR codes on the samples to accurately acquire data. Optionally, the software can be configured to import sample data from text or CSV files, with fully customizable fields and formats to suit user requirements.

  3. Sample Loading: The collaborative robot picks up samples from the conveyor tray and places them into the XRF spectrometer, one by one, with precision.

  4. Analysis Initiation: Once all samples are loaded, the robotic arm closes the spectrometer cover, and the software automatically triggers the XRF analysis.

  5. Result Capture: After each analysis, the system captures and stores the results, ensuring accurate data logging.

  6. Sample Return: The robotic arm reopens the spectrometer cover, retrieves the samples, and returns them to their respective positions on the tray on the conveyor.

  7. Batch Transition: The conveyor advances to present the next batch of samples, and the process repeats seamlessly.
